Why I’ve Built My Career Here
My name is Bobby Poisella, and I am proud to be the Service Manager for Raleigh Plumbing and Heating. I have served in this position since 2001, and before that, I was a Service Tech in the field. I’ve worked in Customer Service since my very first job in the summer of 1981, in positions ranging from Bellhop to Funeral Services Assistant! Why do I continue to work at Raleigh Plumbing?
Good question…I hope my answer is half as good.
I’ve decided to build my career at Raleigh Plumbing and Heating because I really admire the way our Owner, Gary Phillips, handles (and ultimately solves) problems. He takes a very unique approach to each and every problem that arises, and even started two additional companies (Splash Galleries and VIM Products) because he wasn’t satisfied with the “Status Quo” in their respective industries. It was Gary’s “outside of the box” thinking and his dedication to do anything and everything to accomplish his goals that convinced me that Raleigh Plumbing isn’t just a good company–it’s the best company around!
The Origin of Our Ingenuity
Gary’s “outside of the box” thinking started when he was a young child. You see, Gary is a third generation plumber who started hanging around job sites at a very young age, and it was during this time that he encountered his first problem: how to carry his extremely heavy (at the time) hammer. After a little thinking and a lot of tinkering, the PVC Hammer Holder was born; and yes, Gary will still make one of these for any young go-getters in the Plumbing World!
