He even decided that he didn’t like one of the screws that came with the unit; he didn’t think it was going to prevent leaking. So he went out to the truck and got another size–one that he thought would be more secure. And sure enough, I’ve got no leaking. That was above-and-beyond customer care.”

“I have used Raleigh Plumbing on several occasions. I put in a tankless hot water heater (which is great!) And also had them put in a new sink and garbage disposal when I got a new kitchen. I compared their prices with everyone and they were very fair.
What shocked me the most is our power went out and I called and asked how I could reset my hot water heater (3 years later) and the owner got on the phone to help me. He said he was actually coming to my area later that day and came to my house and showed me what I had done wrong. And didn’t charge me! He was a great guy with 3 girls and got his nice shirt dirty and never complained once.”
